I’m classically trained and widely experienced
I learned to cook at school, then trained at Gordon Ramsay restaurant and the House of Commons. Since then, I’ve built my career across multiple countries and a wide mix of venues, so I can adapt the food and service to your event.
I respect ingredients and reduce waste
My kitchen philosophy is to use all the ingredients to avoid wastage—smart prep, thoughtful portions, and creative use of trims without compromising quality.
